A lot has changed in that time; however, our focus is still firmly fixed on supplying the very best Jellycat soft toys, Little Jellycat baby toys and Catseye designer accessories with the very best in customer service and satisfaction.

We’re adding lots of new Jellycat designs all the time as older collections retire. We've grouped our collections to make it easier for you to find what you're looking for.

We Love Jellycat

We love what we do and we stock the complete range of Jellycat products securely in our warehouse ready for your order. Your custom is of utmost importance to us and we guarantee to despatch your order the same day (before 5:30pm), and if you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, no questions asked.

Lost & Found

We receive hundreds of requests for replacements, and although a quick search of the website will tell you what we have, it’s always worth speaking to one of our helpful team just to make sure we haven’t got one hiding somewhere. If you’ve lost a special toy and need a replacement we know just how important that is.
